RETURNS

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not,please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item. I will evaluate each claim, and notify you of a resolution. Shipping charges are not refundable.

No refunds or exchanges will be given on used products or products that have been damaged due to negligence or not following the care instructions provided.

No refunds will be given for persons who did not read the listing thoroughly about shipping time frames, shipping in general, fill etc. No refunds will be given to those who just simply "changed their mind" about the purchase.

SHIPPING

I ship everything USPS, with Delivery Confirmation. Please contact me for shipping rates outside the US.

If you would like to purchase shipping insurance you may, just email me and I can bill you the price. Once the item has shipped and you have received your tracking info, Newborn Nest does not take responsibility for packages, unless shipping insurance has been purchased.
